USET Aircraft Brokerage offers comprehensive services for both sellers and buyers of aircraft. Below are the details of our offerings.

Aircraft Seller Agent Service

As an aircraft seller agent, we provide potential buyers with the following:

  • Travel to you
  • Visual inspection of your aircraft
  • Review logs and documentation
  • Research any history on the aircraft
  • Digital photos which can be sent within hours
  • Review repairs and associated paperwork
  • Review mods documentation and completion
  • Values of mods on the aircraft
  • Review possible corrections of documentation
  • Provide the above in a neat, easy-to-read package to help buyers make a quick, educated decision
  • Help with export of aircraft

Note: USETAIR reserves the right to refuse to represent any aircraft for sale.

The duration of the brokerage period shall be for 180 days and takes effect on the date the USETAIR Aircraft Listing Agreement is signed by the Seller and USETAIR as a Broker of the Seller. Broker does not guarantee a sale or other results desired by the Client. Should the aircraft fail to sell by the end of the 180-day brokerage period, the Client has no obligation to the Broker for any marketing costs. Expenses of a demonstration flight are subject to negotiation between the buyer and seller.

Aircraft Buyer Agent Service

As an aircraft buyer agent, we provide the following services and answers to:

  • Travel for you
  • Visual inspection of aircraft you are interested in
  • Review logs and documentation
  • Research any history on the aircraft
  • Digital photos which can be sent within hours
  • Review repairs and associated paperwork
  • Review mods documentation and completion
  • Review possible corrections of documentation
  • Making offers on aircraft on the buyer's behalf
  • Preparation of offers and contracts, representing the Client's best interests
  • Assistance in arranging the pre-purchase inspection by a qualified facility or mechanic I/A
  • Assist in ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly
  • Provide an easy-to-read report on documentation and aircraft appearance
  • Help with export of aircraft as necessary
  • Arrange for an appraisal from a NAAA appraiser

Additional Information

Seller Agent: The aircraft can stay with you in most cases. Arrangements can be made for USETAIR to hangar an aircraft if it is not hangared all the time. Due to the fact that USETAIR starts working immediately on the documentation research on your behalf, you will receive a backup hard copy and digital copy of all documentation and photos of your aircraft. This documentation will add value to your aircraft and make it easy for a potential buyer to make an educated decision while providing peace of mind for both parties.

Fees: Some fees are negotiable or waivable if necessary documents are complete and available.
